The Epicurean paradox is a philosophical argument that questions the existence of a benevolent, all-powerful God in the face of evil and suffering in the world. The paradox states that if God is willing to prevent evil, but not able to, then He is not all-powerful, and if He is able to prevent evil, but not willing to, then He is not benevolent. However, this paradox is not applicable to Islam as it is based on a flawed understanding of the nature of God.

In Islam, we believe that Allah is all-knowing, all-powerful, and all-merciful. We also believe that Allah has created human beings and jinn with free will, which means that we have the ability to choose between right and wrong. It is through this choice that evil and suffering exist in the world.
