Hadeeth means the words, actions, approval or attributes that have been narrated from the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
Narrated Muawiya bin Suwald:
I heard Al-Bara' bin 'Azib saying, "The Prophet (S.A.W) orders us to do seven things and prohibited us from doing seven other things." Then Al-Bara' mentioned the following:--
(1) To pay a visit to the sick (inquiring about his health),
(2) to follow funeral processions,
(3) to say to a sneezer, "May Allah be merciful to you" (if he says, "Praise be to Allah!"),
(4) to return greetings,
(5) to help the oppressed,
(6) to accept invitations,
(7) to help others to fulfill their oaths.

Reason: to add a deinition
Rasoolullaah Sallallaahu `Alayhi wa Sallam said, "A Muslim eats in one stomach, but a Kaafir eats in seven stomachs." [Narrated in Saheeh al-Bukhaari.]
---
What this Hadeeth means is that the Kuffaar eat and drink considerably more than the Muslim does. It was the Sunnah of Rasoolullaah Sallallaahu `Alayhi wa Sallam and Sahaabah to eat and drink only enough to satiate their hunger and thirst. They would not eat until they are "full".
Jundub b. 'Abdullah al-Bajali reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Recite the Qur'an as long as your hearts agree to do so, and when you feel variance between them (between your hearts and tongues), then get up (and leave its recital for the time being).
(Muslim Book 34, Hadith 6444)
'A'isha reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: The most despicable amongst persons in the eye of Allah is one who tries to fall into dispute with others (for nothing but only to display his knowledge and power of argumentation).
(Muslim Book 34, Hadith 6447)
Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah
16th Ramadan 1437 (21st June 2016)
Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "When the month of Ramadan starts, the gates of the heaven are opened and the gates of Hell are closed and the devils are chained."
Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah
Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Whoever gives two kinds (of things or property) in charity for Allah's Cause, will be called from the gates of Paradise and will be addressed,
'O slaves of Allah! Here is prosperity.'
So, whoever was amongst the people who used to offer their prayers, will be called from the gate of the prayer; and whoever was amongst the people who used to participate in Jihad, will be called from the gate of Jihad; and whoever was amongst those who used to observe fasts, will be called from the gate of Ar-Raiyan; whoever was amongst those who used to give in charity, will be called from the gate of charity."
Abu Bakr said, "Let my parents be sacrificed for you, O Allah's Apostle! No distress or need will befall him who will be called from those gates. Will there be any one who will be called from all these gates?"
The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) replied, "Yes, and I hope you will be one of them."
Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah
17th Ramadan 1437 (22nd June 2016)
Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "Whoever does not give up forged speech and evil actions, Allah is not in need of his leaving his food and drink (i.e. Allah will not accept his fasting.)"
Narrated Abu Mas`ud: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The sun and the moon do not eclipse because of the death of someone from the people but they are two signs amongst the signs of Allah. When you see them stand up and pray."
(Bukhari Vol. 2, Book 18, Hadith 151)
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas and Ibn 'Umar, who attributed the Hadith to the Prophet (ﷺ) that he said: “It is not permissible for a man to give a gift then take it back, except what a father gives to his child.”
(Ibn Majah Vol. 3, Book 14, Hadith 2377)
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, said: I live in the thought of My servant and I am with him as he remembers Me. (The Holy Prophet) further said: By Allah, Allah is more pleased wth the repentance of His servant than what one of you would do on finding the lost camel in the waterless desert. When he draws near Me by the span of his hand. I draw near him by the length of a cubit and when he draws near Me by the length of a cubit. I draw near him by the length of a fathom and when he draws near Me walking I draw close to him hurriedly.
(Muslim Book 37, Hadith 6610)
Hadhrat Abu-d Dardaa رضي الله عنه narrates that Rasoolullaah صلى الله عليه وسلم said, "The thing I fear most for my Ummah is 'Al-A'immah Al-Mudhilloon' (The Misguiding Scholars)." [Narrated in the Musnad of Imaam Ahmad.]
The misguiding scholars are those who twist the Qur'aan and Sunnah from their true meanings, and deceive people with their flowery speeches which are devoid of Hidaayah (Guidance). The people listening do not know better, and think that what this scholar is saying is the truth, when in reality he is distorting the Qur'aan and Sunnah to suit his own whims and desires, or the whims and desires of his Kuffaar masters.
Narrated Abu Sa'id: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: There is a tree in Paradise (so huge) that a fast (or a trained) rider may travel: for one hundred years without being able to cross it.
(Bukhari Vol. 8, Book 76, Hadith 559)
“We were with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) when a man among the people said: ‘Allah is most exceedingly great, and praise is due to Allah, abundantly, and glory to Allah morning and night (Allāhu akbaru kabīran wal-ḥamdulillāhi kathīran wa subḥānallāhi bukratan wa aṣīlā).’
So the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Who is the one who said such and such?’
So a man among the people said: ‘Me, O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ).’ He said: ‘I was amazed at it. The gates of heaven opened up for it.’”
Ibn `Umar said: “I have not abandoned them since I heard [them] from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ).”

Imaam ibn Abi-d Dunyaa narrates from Hadhrat Sahl ibn Sa`d as-Saa`idee رضي الله عنه who said that Rasoolullaah صلى الله عليه وسلم said to Hadhrat `Abdullaah ibn `Abbaas رضي الله عنه, “Know that Nasr (help and victory) comes with Sabr (patience), that relief comes with hardship, and that with difficulty comes ease.” [Narrated in al-Faraju Ba`dash Shiddah, of Imaam ibn Abi-d Dunyaa رحمة الله عليه.]
Aishah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: “When the last ten nights (of Ramadan) would begin, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would keep awake at night (for prayer and devotion), awaken his family and prepare himself to be more diligent in worship.”
Imaam Abu Daawud, Imaam an-Nasaa’i, Imaam ibn Maajah and Imaam ibn Abi-d Dunyaa narrate from Hadhrat `Abdullaah ibn `Abbaas رضي الله عنهما, from Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم that he said, “Whosoever makes Istighfaar (seeks forgiveness from Allaah Ta`aalaa) in abundance, Allaah will grant him relief from every single worry, anxiety and distress, will make a way out for him from every difficulty, and will grant him Rizq (sustenance) from whence he had never even imagined.” [Narrated in al-Faraju Ba`dash Shiddah, of Imaam ibn Abi-d Dunyaa رحمة الله عليه.]

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah
22nd Ramadan 1437 (27th June 2016)
Narrated 'Abdullah (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) fasted for days continuously;
the people also did the same but it was difficult for them. So, the Prophet
(Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) forbade them (to fast continuously for more
than one day).
They said, "But you fast without break (no food was taken in
the evening or in the morning)."
The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam)
replied, "I am not like you, for I am provided with food and drink (by
Allah)."
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "Not to wish to be the like except of two men. A man whom Allah has given the (knowledge of the) Qur'an and he recites it during the hours of night and day and the one who wishes says: If I were given the same as this (man) has been given, I would do what he does, and a man whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it in the just and right way, in which case the one who wishes says, 'If I were given the same as he has been given, I would do what he does.' "

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah
24th Ramadan 1437 (29th June 2016
Narrated 'Aisha (Radi-Allahu 'anha):
The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) used to kiss and embrace (his
wives) while he was fasting, and he had more power to control his desires
than any of you. Said Jabir, "The person who gets discharge after casting a
look (on his wife) should complete his fast."
