Muadhin of Masjidun nabawi, Sheikh Abdul Muttalib Najdi passed away, Inna lillahi wainna ilayhi raji'oon. Janazah will be in Fajr salaah tomorrow in sha Allah.
He has been a muadhin at Masjidun Nabawi for over 54 years. May Allah swt accept his A'maal saaleh, forgive his sins and grant him the highest rank in Jannah, Aameen.

Sheikh Abdullah As'ad Rays, muathin of Masjid al Haraam, passed away tonight before 'Isha. Janazah will be tomorrow after 'Asr. He was muathin from 1366 until 1430, when he became ill.
May Allah have mercy on him, forgive him, and increase his ranks in Jannah. Ameen.
