Surah Fajr, Ayah #2<--- from brother zAk "By the dawn; by the 10 nights" [al-Fajr 89:1-2].
"That they might witness things that are of benefit to them (i.e., reward of Hajj in the Hereafter, and also some worldly gain from trade, etc.), and mention the name of Allaah on appointed days, over the beast of cattle that He has provided for them (for sacrifice)..." [al-Hajj 22:28]
Pray:
Our Lord! we have heard the call of one calling (Us) to Faith, 'Believe ye in the Lord,' and we have believed. Our Lord! Forgive us our sins, blot out from us our iniquities, and take to Thyself our souls in the company of the righteous.
3:193
Is the last verse referring to the last 10 nights then? It doesn't say ten days.......or maybe in the tafseer?
The majority of scholars agree that the "appointed days" are the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, because of the words of Ibn Abbas (may Allaah be pleased with him and his father), "The appointed days are the first ten days (of Dhul-Hijjah)."
Pray:
Our Lord! we have heard the call of one calling (Us) to Faith, 'Believe ye in the Lord,' and we have believed. Our Lord! Forgive us our sins, blot out from us our iniquities, and take to Thyself our souls in the company of the righteous.

JazzakAllah Khair and thats the statement of Ibn Abbas RadiyaAllahu anhuma
Does it mean that I'm right or wrong?

Actually to keep this going ill just ask a quick question. Although it really saddens me that not alot of brothers and sisters take part in this thread, we should sacrfrice our time for the Quran so we become well versed in it and ponder on its meanings.
There is only one place were the phrase walilahi aqibatul umur, comes.
