Does anyone know what is the best Quran app that has everything?

I’m asking this, because I want to know if there’s an app called Quran with all verses, hadiths, Stories etc.. in it. So that I can have access on it. And also to have language setting, so that I can set it to either Romanian or English language for better understanding.
