How many Aayat to recite after Surah Fatihah ?

Assalamu Alaikum Brothers and Sisters,

Just wanted to know - How many Aayat to recite after Surah Fatihah ? I mean is there any minimum requirements ?
Say, I'm reciting Surah Ar-Rahman after Surah Fatihah, how many Aayah would be minimum to be recited ?

3 minimum - as Surah Al Kauthar is 3 ayahs
