Ya Nabi Salammualaika
Ya Rasul Salammualaika
Ya Nabi Salammualaika
Ya Rasul Salammualaika
Ya Habibi Salammualaika
Ya Nabi Salammualaika
Ya Rasul Salammualaika
Ya Nabi Salammualaika
Ya Rasul Salammualaika
Ya Habibi Salammualaika

Telah Terbit Bulan Purnama
(A new full moon has risen)
Cahayanya Menyinari Kami
(The light shining on us)
Kau Contoh Akhlak Terpuji
(You are the living example of praiseworthy ahlaq)
Wajahmu Penyejuk Hati
(Your look/face is coolness to the heart)

Kau Bagaikan Matahari
(You are like the sun)
Cahaya Menerangi Bumi
(The light brighten up the world)
Engkaulah Permata Hati
(You are the jewel of hearts)
Bertakhta Di Sanubari
(Setting on the throne of hearts) :embarrass:hiding:

Ya Habibi Ya Muhammad
Penyeri Timur dan Barat
(Brighten up the east and the west)
Kau Yang Gagah
(The strong one)
Yang Mulia
(The noble one)
Engkaulah Imam Kami
(You are our imam)

^^^yup they are quite famous in Malaysia...

FYI... nazreey is actually a convert :)

really? wow...thats interesting to know :)
That's right. Even in 2004, nasheed 'Puji-Pujian by Raihan became a soundtrack for ramadhan TV movie (sinetron) 'Titipan Illahi' in Indosiar.

And 'Demi Masa' was a very popular nasheed in Indonesia.

Jazaki Allah khyran sis..
so grateful for this forum, for I can say I have Malaysian friends.. I find real live Malaysians so shy, the most I can get is a nod or a smile out...

Great people, great customs, sharing my religion..

Baraka Allah feekoum
