In the Quran it says masjidan means mosque in English...well, I don't know if there is another meaning for masjid in English.

the other 2 yes it is a surah they are Al Haqqah And Al inshiqaq. check the Quran surah 69 and 84 respectively...

his last will.....as mentioned in the ayat was.........."then die not except in the faith of islam!!"..al-baqarah
