Sleeping problems

Salaam,

I hope you all are ok InshaAllah

These past few days, My mother is complaining she can't sleep. She says she keeps waking up to voices whispering in her ears, then she wakes up and finds it hard to sleep again.

She prays 5 times a day.

My mother has been very disturbed these past few months regarding her sons and niece marriage falling. Could the whispering be sign of depression or other jinns movements?

Please advice, JazakaAllah.

I am no expert in the ways of the jinn but I do know what it's like to be depressed. I also know what it is like to hurt inside. Be there for your mother show her your support. Make duaa for her and pray with her as well. Show her there is still things that are worth smiling at and being happy about . It may also help her battle the sleep issue to not have so much on her mind. Again I'm no expert but am a firm believer in showing others happiness and love can change everything for them.

������TREATMENT PROGRAM ������
The self ruqya treatment plan consists of 3 main things:


������SELF RUQYA:
After you have diagnosed yourself using practical self ruqya part 1 video, you should do self ruqya treatment using surah falaq and nass with the 7 intentions as described in the article above 'why are you doing self ruqya'. Do the self ruqya for 1 hour a day. (20mins in morning, 20mins in the afternoon & 20mins in the evening). If you can do more than an hour a day that would be better. THE MINIMUM IS ONE HOUR!


������RUQYA SOUP:
You should get the following ingredients (see below) and add them to an electric blender and mix them into a paste and then read ruqya over the paste using surah falaq and nass with the 7 intentions. You should take 5 tablespoonfuls of this paste and add to a bath tub of cool water and soak for 15 minutes. Do this bath 3 times a week. You should also add a teaspoon of this paste into a bottle of olive oil and shake well. This oil and ruqya soup paste mixture can be used after a bath or throughout the day.


������ JET HIJAMA TREATMENT:
Once a month you should get the JET hijama treatment done, preferably on the 17, 19 or 21 of the Islamic month. Please refer to the JET article above.
