Apologies for the late reply.
With regards to your situation then I would suggest you find a good reliable and reputable Naturopathic Practitioner/Doctor to help with your issues. Modern conventional medicine does not have the answer to most issues as it is run by big Pharma that advocates toxic medicines for any ailments and illnesses.
It seems as though your adrenals are completely shot hence why you are suffering from Chronic Fatigue. So it is only through the correct diet, nutrition and supplementation that you can try and correct such an issue. What is fundamental to most autoimmune conditions is to correct hormonal imbalances and microbiome levels as good gut health is fundamental to try and resolve many of our health related issues. Gut health can be significantly effected by taking many toxic conventional medicines like antibiotics and many other conventional treatments. So this must be corrected immediately.
Spot on. The West has failed miserably when it comes to chronic illnesses especially. Big pharma is indeed one of the main culprits. For pretty much any chronic illness, all that is done for the person is they're given pharmaceutical drugs that only lessen symptoms. The Western medical establishment has become a very dark and despairing, industry. People go to doctors with very seriously debilitating life-long illnesses who just tell them, "there's nothing that can be done" "Here take these pills." "There is no cure in sight and there probably never will be".
Contrast this with the Hadith of the Prophet (Salalahu 'Alaihi wa Salaam):
“Allah did not send down any disease but that he also sent its cure.”
In another narration, the Prophet said,
“One who has knowledge of it knows it, and one ignorant of it is ignorant." (Ibn Majah)
It looks like these doctors are of those who are ignorant.
These hadith are very hopeful and inspire within a sincere medical doctor the urge to continue seeking the cure, confident and certain that there is one even if he/she doesn't know what it is. Not like the majority of mainstream doctors today who just shrug their shoulders and say "Ehh, there's nothing we can do"

I would suggest listening to their old episodes first as those are more foundational.
For serious measures, look into the GAPS diet. My son has been on that diet strictly for about a year now for Autism and his behavior and mood have improved tremendously. He used to have very serious meltdowns where he couldn't control himself. He doesn't get that at all anymore and he's the most polite little guy you'd ever meet (He's 3). The GAPS diet is basically a full revamping of one's immune system. You rebuild your immune system from scratch. It's quite intense (about 2 years) and you're going to have to love drinking bone broth for a while, but it's very effective.
Seriously, I have gone over tons of anecdotal evidence of people with conditions like yours and even far worse making complete recoveries by just drastically changing their diet. One of the most common first to notice effects people keep reporting once they start to heal is an increase in energy.
One absolutely amazing quote I found recently was from Ibn al-Qayyim whose words touch on this modern-day problem brilliantly. He said in his book "Healing with the Medicine of the Prophet" (Sallalahu 'Alaihi wa Salaam)
In it he states: (page 24)
"...the type of medicine that the Prophet and his Companions used to take was nothing like the chemical mixtures that are called Aqrabathayn (pharmacopeia). Rather, the majority of their medicine consisted of only one ingredient.Sometimes, they would take another substance to assist the medicine or make it taste better. This was, and still is, the case with most of the medicine used by many cultures such as Arabs, Turks, Indians and nomads. The Roman and The Greeks, on the other hand, use a mixture of substances or remedies in their medicine.
Many experts agree that whenever an illness could be fought with nourishment and diet, then medicine should be avoided. They also agree that whenever it is possible to use only one substance or ingredient as a remedy, a compound remedy should not be used. They are also of the opinion that the body will be harmed if doctors overprescribe medicine..."
He then prescribed that medicines should be similar to what the patient is used to eating:
"The most experienced doctors use medications that contain one ingredient. The medication should be similar or related to regular foods that the patient is used to eating. Cultures that consume one or only a few types of food in their regular diet, generally suffer from few illnesses, and they should not use compound medicines. Those who live in cities and whose diets are complex, need medicines that are a mixture of several substances or ingredients, as these are the types of medicines that are most suited to their illnesses. The ailments of the people who live in the deserts are usually simple and thus simple medications are suitable for them. These principles entail basic facts that are known in the medical profession."
SubhanAllah! Absolutely brilliant!
Nowadays we are all in the position that it is our responsibility to find/figure out the solutions to our own medical problems and of that of our families. We can't rely on the mainstream medical community. They're not even interested in finding cures for our ailments. It's not good business. They got the 'perfect' business model set up: entire populations of people who are not sick enough to die but not well enough to live who struggle on for decades hopelessly dependent on drugs for at least some relief. They don't want to 'discover' cures for these ailments. Especially if it's found out that most of our remedies can be obtained by purchasing ingredients that can be found in our local supermarket. They'd go out of business.
We have to do our own research and seek out the cures and treatments that Allah's Messenger promised are there.
It's truly criminal. May Allah make those responsible eat from the tree of zaqqum: which neither nourishes nor provides satiety from hunger.
And may Allah, the One who Heals, Heal us from the ailments that afflict us and our families and help us to find the cure. Ameen.
