White stuff around the corner of the lips

Does anyone know what this is? i constantly get this gooey white stuff on the corner of my lips and its loads of it! ive had it for a long time, its like this white skin or somethng like that, ive changed my toothpaste loads of times but still it happens, anyone know what to do? its really annoying especially when i do my wazu everyday so it goes on my lips without my realising so someone usually tells me and its embarresing.

it sounds like cotton mouth. keep your mouth hydrated and it shouldn't happen anymore.
